Wii Online Games
Written by Andi In this Wii Online games article, we would talk about how to maximize your Nintendo Wii online usage, so that you could get the most out of you Wii. The Wii Online Games Service offer 2 major functionality. First, just like PS3 and XBOX 360, Wii allowed you to play the retail Wii games online. Not all games support this feature though, and those which support it do not do a very good job at it at all (sometimes…). One of the worst experience I had with my Wii is when I played Mario Kart Wii. Although now it plays fine, there was a time when a certain influx of users would cause the game to be unable to access its online functions. I think it is due to server crashing or something.
One of the best Wii online games that I find until now, despite all the problems with its unstable online functionality as I’ve mentioned before, is still Mario Kart. Nothing could beat the feeling of racing with other people online, especially if you could do some nasty stuff to them. And with the list of 24 Nintendo characters, 32 tracks, and 36 vehicles, this is the game that you could get the most fun of in a while. Other Wiionline games that I really enjoy is Animal Crossing City Folk. This game is the first Wii game to use Wii Speak, a new microphone option for the Wii that enables voice communication over Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection (WFC). With Wii Speak, all people in a room can communicate with those in another room also containing the device, and can also have live text chat using a USB Keyboard. Players can communicate with other players by sending messages to their town, Wii Message Board, mobile phone or personal computer. The last game that I would really recommend because of its exciting online service is Super Smash Bros Brawl. Brawl allows players to play against distant opponents via the Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. Online multiplayer games can be played either with registered friends or with randomly selected participants. Additionally, players can converse with up to four phrases that are preset by the player, which appear as speech bubbles when activated. The game even have Spectator mode which allows players to watch matches being played between other players, and bet on the outcome using coins earned within the game. The winner of the match earns a jackpot of coins. More »Unlock Wii Consoles With Number One Software!
Written by H Vladigmogul Nintendo Wii consoles have taken the world by storm and this was proven by shortages at Christmas times for the last two years! The reason for these consoles being so popular is that they use an innovative new system of controllers that actually use movement to control players or characters etc or Mii’s as they are called on the Wii. The Nintendo Wii consoles have a huge amount of gaming possibility, but this can actually be increased by using a new unlock Wii software called Homebrew Installer.
Nintendo Wii consoles have previously been unlocked by having to go through certain steps that were quite risky to your console. You could either send your console away for unlocking or you could send off for the DIY unlocking kit! All this meant that you had to open up your console, invalidate your warranty, and insert a modification chip directly into the circuit board. This was not only a risk to the health of your Wii but if you were not careful you could totally damage your Wii beyond repair. This is where the unlock Wii software comes in because it is software based there are no risks whatsoever to your Wii console which is what stopped a lot of people actually trying to do this previously.

Renting a Wii
Written by Bill Elliot xcKxR=0 bv989=0 Renting a Wii game online is the ideal choice if you want to get some great deals. There are a lot of online game rental companies that have been in business for long and permit users to get these games on rent. Apart from being a cost effective alternative, you will enjoy more than a few other benefits when you rent a Wii game online.
xcKxR=0 bv989=0 Renting a Wii game online is very easy. After you have chosen a particular online game rental company, you need to sign up for their services online, put together your Wii game queue (which is a list of Wii games that you would like to play). Next, the company begins shipping your games. Once you take delivery of these games and have played them, you can use the prepaid mailers to send the games back to the rental company. When the company receives the games that are returned, they ship you the next collection of games that appear on your list. As almost all these online game rental companies offer free shipping both ways and have no late charges or due dates, you can keep the games for as many days as you like to, and return only when you are prepared to face the next gaming challenge. Written by R Cole Play copied wii games software called homebrew installer is now available which allows you to literally play copied wii games without the need of using a mod chip in your Nintendo wii console and invalidating your warranty. This new software has a load of features and avoids all the stress and risk of opening up your machine and trying to fit the modification chip.
Previously Nintendo wii console owners if they have wanted to play copied wii games have had to either send their wii console away to get the chip placed inside their machine or have had to do a DIY job which is normally quite risky and invalidates your warranty.

Xbox 360 Mod Chip - What Is It And Should You Buy One?
Written by Steven Fields As a serious gamer myself, I love to see games before they hit our shores here in North America. But more than that, I am always looking for the hottest and most unique games I can get my hands on. Unfortunately, many of those games just don’t come to our side of the ocean from Japan. Typically, since the days of the original Nintendo NES, Japanese gamers have enjoyed much more unique and often times much better games than their North American Counter Parts. I’ve been very fortunate to be able to play many of these Japanese games while I was living in Japan, but when I returned back home to Canada, I simply could not find many of the games that I had played with such pleasure while in Japan. So I searched and researched and found exactly what I needed to be able to just put those Japanese games into game console and really start playing again. What I found was a Mod Chip, for my Playstation console. And I’ve been using mod chips ever since then. Having most recently purchased and installed my Xbox 360 Mod Chip into my system – and I’ve got games from Japan on the way.
So Just what IS a mod chip? Let me explain. A modification chip or mod chip is a device used to play import, backup, or home brew games. Mod Chips first came into fame when die hard, hard core gamers who were tired of the slim offerings that were made available for them in the USA, wanted to get their hands on the often better and more unique Japanese games that were coming out for their game console. This is nothing new, even the Nintendo NES has a device that allowed gamers to plug Japanese Famicom cartridges into their USA NES system so that they could play those really unique Japanese games, or the latest Mario offering that was only available (or came out much sooner) in Japan. More »PS3 Game Previews and Reviews
Written by Andrew Lawrence The Sony PS3 will be the most powerful game console ever released. The impressive parallel processing architecture and powerful GPU allows for arguably the most ambitious releases on a console ever. Certainly, the graphics and performance the system will deliver will outstrip that of its more prudent competitors, Xbox 360, and Nintendo’s Wii. It should come as no surprise then, that many of the most anticipated titles of 2007 will launch on the PS3, some on multiple platforms, others exclusively. As impressive as the hardware is, it’s really not important in the scheme of things; what really matters is what games you can actually play!
The PS3 is costly enough as it is, and as with anything else you invest in, you wouldn’t want to do it before reading up on it first. What better way to do that, than to check out some PS3 game previews? Generally speaking, the best sources of PS3 previews will come from those websites and magazines that have generally covered PS2 and the original PS from the outset. General gaming sites like Gamespy/IGN, Gamespot, 1up, and GamesIndustry.biz are generally good sources of quick, easy to read news, game previews, and reviews. The quality varies, but what is common to each of these is that they will compare their subject matter to the competition. In this case, exclusive PS3 titles would be compared against games on Xbox 360 and Wii in any PS3 game review. More »Recommended Video Game Systems for Kids
Written by Brad Martinson There are countless choices in the games that kids can play. However, not all video game systems are suitable for kids. Some are educational, fun and extra entertaining for many kids to enjoy. Because of our new innovative technology and progress, even changes in the way children games have also transformed to a more realistic and virtual game playing with contents unacceptable for many kids to view.
Before, video games were invented for educational and entertainment purposes that kids have enjoyed playing even today. Most likely, parents did not have to worry about what their kids are playing because game content was safe and fairly protected from harmful contents. Like the Atari video game system, offering wholesome games such as Pac-Man or Space Invaders, kids are open to have a fun and be entertained without any explicit content and away from corruption that could influence the children’s behavior. Unfortunately, changes in technology have altered the way video games are today. Games of today are more realistic and are in stilled with adult content that many game manufacturers have included in their games. Therefore, parents are now concerned on the typical game system that they want their kids to have. In fact, many parents are opting to find the best video game system that is best for their kids but away from adult contents and other threatening factors that could influence the kids.
